"A mashup (also mesh, mash up, mash-up, mash) is a song or composition created by blending two or more pre-recorded songs, usually by overlaying the vocal track of one song seamlessly over the instrumental track of another. To the extent that such works are "transformative" of original content."
During 2018 I had a big art project with the focus on releasing 1 new mashup every month. Along with a music video edit as well.
For this big project I partnered with Mixed In Key – Leading the dj industry with their software scanning, identifying harmonics, key, tension and bpm of any track or sample.
The mashups didn’t stop there. I will keep on releasing new mashups but not with a fixed interval or concept. Each of these artwork will be listed here with the newest project at the top.
